Former Aztec among first players signed by San Diego's AAF franchise

The upstart Alliance of American Football League announced its first signings for the new league including a number of players for the San Diego franchise!


Former Aztec safety Na'im McGee -- who was named the defensive MVP of the 2015 Mountain West Title Game -- is among the first players that has signed with the San Diego Alliance team. Other players include DeQuan Hampton (WR, USC), Brandon Hodges (Tackle, Pitt), Meffy Koloamatangi (DT, Hawaii), Joe Kupcikevicius (G, Azusa Pacific), Marucs McDade (QB, Fresno State), Myles Nash (DE, Rutgers), Aaron Peck (TE, Fresno State) and Khaliel Rodgers (G, USC).


The inaugural season of the Alliance of American Football kicks off in February of 2019 with Mike Martz tabbed as San Diego's head coach.
