Fernando Tatís Injured, Leaves Padres Game In Visible Pain

No no no. San Diego holds its collective breath after Padres superstar Fernando Tatís crumbles in visible pain into a heap on the ground after a violent swing. He was helped off the field by a team trainer that clutched his left arm area as he walked immediately into the clubhouse.

Tatís missed two games in spring training with left shoulder discomfort that was aggravated after making a backhanded play. Jayce Tingler later said he's been dealing with a shoulder injury since his minor league days, an injury that Tatís was managing.

Tatís is currently 3-for-18 (.167) with one home run.

We'll bring you the latest news on Tatís on XTRA 1360 on the Wrap Around Show with Jim Russell and Jon Schaeffer following tonight's game and right here on 1360sports.iheart.com
