Despite raking in cash from supporters to the tune of $102 million so far this year, former President Trump is reportedly refusing to help his ex-personal attorney Rudy Giuliani. New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman tweeted that Giuliani is "close to broke." Haberman continued, "Trump aides have been clear they see no mechanism for paying for Giuliani's legal bills that isn't problematic for Trump and they think Guiliani took actions a lawyer should have known were problematic, even if the client wanted it." A federal investigation is underway alleging the former New York City mayor pressured Ukrainian officials to launch a probe into President Biden and his son Hunter by threatening to withhold U.S. military aid.
