2 San Diego Restaurants Among Top 25 Outdoor Restaurants In America

A couple of San Diego restaurants have made OpenTable's national top 25 lists.

The rankings, which were announced in April, are based on restaurant ratings and reviews from OpenTable users.

One Carlsbad restaurant was featured on OpenTable's "Top 25 Restaurants Offering Experiences."

"For those looking to plus-up their next meal out, OpenTable’s Top 25 Restaurants Offering Experiences bring together OpenTable’s highest diner-rated restaurants that have pivoted to offer one-of-a-kind experiences with pre-fixe menus, happy hour specials and more," explains OpenTable. "Restaurants that offer experiences with a minimum number of reviews and highest overall rating were selected and are shown in alphabetical order."

Jeune et Jolie has offered an outdoor "tasting menu-only" concept called "Starry Night." On Wednesday, May 12, the restaurant will start offering a new menu where people can choose their own selections for a four-course meal, reports Pacific San Diego.

Another San Diego restaurant was featured on OpenTable's "Top 25 Restaurants for Outdoor Dining."

"With 83% of diners saying they want restaurants to keep outdoor seating in the year ahead, OpenTable’s Top 25 list includes the most popular al fresco options for those looking to enjoy the outdoors," reads the list. "Restaurants with a minimum number of reviews and overall rating were sorted by the sum of "outdoor dining" tags and the top 25 were then selected. Restaurants are listed in alphabetical order."

Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido was featured on the list, which features gardens, patio seating, tap beer, and select wines.
