The Wrap-Up Show debuts immediately following the Padres season opener against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday, July 24 at Petco Park (first pitch is scheduled for 6:10 p.m.). The show will follow every Padres game this season, with the exception of five weekday day games (July 27, Aug. 18, Aug. 27, Sept. 16 and Sept. 23).
Jon Schaeffer and Jim Russell provide unparalleled perspectives in their hosting roles. Schaeffer was a 15-year Minor League Baseball radio voice, has handled voiceover duties for MLB.com and currently co-hosts The Loose Cannons (weekdays, 3-6 p.m.) on XTRA 1360. Russell has formerly served as the producer of the Padres Radio Network and currently co-hosts The Power Hour (weekdays, 6-7 p.m.) while also producing The Darren Smith Show (weekdays, 12-3 p.m.) on XTRA.
