Keto Chicken Taco
Ingredients:
1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1 cup Chopped Grilled Chicken Breast
1/4 cup Thin Sliced Onion
2 TBSP Mayonnaise
2 TBSP BBQ Sauce
Recipe:
-Chop chicken, slice onions, and preheat skillet on High heat.
-Mix together BBQ Sauce & Mayo until thoroughly combined.
-Put Cheese on skillet in small pile and allow to fully melt.
-When the bottom side of the cheese is browned, flip.
-Add chicken, onion, and sauce mixture to top of cheese.
-When cheese browns fold the cheese into a taco.
