QUARANTINE COOKBOOK: HAM AND CHEESE CROISSANT + BAKED BRIE

Ham and Cheese Croissants + Baked Brie

Ingredients:

-2 “ready to bake” croissant doughs

-4 pieces of deli sliced ham

-4 mozzarella stick cheeses

-1 package of brie (double or triple cream— 6-8oz.)

Recipe:

Ham & Cheese Croissant

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

-Unroll croissant dough and separate into 8 triangles.

-Cut ham and cheese sticks in half.

-Place a piece of ham and cheese on each dough triangle and roll up like a normal croissant.

-Put the croissants on an ungreased baking sheet a few inches apart and bake 12-15 minutes.

Baked Brie

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

-Unroll croissant dough, separate into 2 large squares.

-Press and crimp the perforations in the dough to create two seamless pieces of dough.

-Wrap Brie with one dough square, then set the wrapped brie on top of the other dough square and wrap again.

-Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 20-24 minutes.
