Tyrell Williams is having a break-out season for the Chargers, he takes some time to talk with Hardwick and Richards ahead of the Raiders game. Williams talks about his growth as a player, his connection with Philip Rivers and the team's success so far this season. Judson asks him about the wisdom he has gained from Rivers, Williams says, "just keep working, when I first got here as an undrafted rookie he told me, just keep doing things right, show up on time and keep working hard."
