The player selections will be announced from an outdoor theatre built on the famous Rocky Steps. This marks the first time an entire NFL draft is held outdoor. There will be 253 selections in 7 rounds. The Cleveland Brown and Cincinnati Bengals will be allowed the most selections this year while the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots will be allowed the fewest.
